Role & responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business and functional stakeholders.
• Design and implement induction, functional, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
• Develop training content, SOPs, learning modules, and assessment tools.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business performance metrics.
• Maintain training MIS, attendance records, and learning dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and employee development across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR, L&D, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Training Operations.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in content development, stakeholder management, and training analytics.
• Exposure to BFSI, Sales, Collections, or Service industry training will be an added advantage.
