Job Title: Trainee US Healthcare (Voice Process)

Role & Responsibilities

• Contact US healthcare insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and payment status.
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives to resolve claim denials, rejections, and payment-related queries.
• Understand basic medical billing, healthcare terminology, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls, claim status updates, and follow-up actions.
• Identify claim discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in classroom training and on-the-job training to develop knowledge of US healthcare operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Management, etc.) or a diploma from a recognized institution.
• Freshers from the 2020–2026 pass-out batches are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing or medical terminology is an added advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Willingness to work in a permanent night shift aligned with US EST business hours.

• CTC: 3.90 LPA

• Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
