Walk-in || Trainee - Operations (Freshers)

Role & responsibilities

• Work closely with managers to ensure deliverables are as per standards and customer expectations
• Collate, validate, and present data
• Manage and interact with customers via emails and calls
• Schedule, monitor, deliver, and track invoice files as per TAT
• Maintain and update trackers, and follow-up, monitor, and deliver the days schedule
• Coordinate and work closely, with different departments to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage and evaluate operational performance and productivity.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure goals are met.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel and other management tools

Preferred candidate profile

1. Decent Written and verbal communication skills.

2. Ability to collate, Validate, maintain, and present data.

3.Good Problem solving and follow-up skills

4. Ability to work effectively with different teams/departments.

5. Any Graduate/postgraduate, including MBA can also apply.
