At Compass Tourism, were expanding and looking for a dynamic Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing team.
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and a Ministry of Tourism registered operator, we are actively strengthening our presence in inbound tourism across Indiaand were looking for someone who can grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end client queries (domestic & inbound)
• Design customized itineraries across India
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport partners
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and execution of tours
• Support business development and client relationship management
• Ensure seamless on-ground operations and guest satisfaction

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 14 years of experience in travel sales and/or operations
• Strong destination knowledge of India
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
• Passion for travel and hospitality
