Role & responsibilities

Assure Achieving Zero Production Loss due to non availability of required Tooling

Ensure and report Tooling Inventory Quality and Accuracy ( Perpetual and Physical Count Cycle)

Assure Zero Defects in Production Parts due to Incorrect Tooling

Ensure Cost per Component is met as per the target by issuing Qualitative Tools

Assure Tools Issue & Receipt as per the Tooling Layout & recording data

Assure Qualitative suppliers are supplying the Tools

Ensure Tool Crib Engineers are Trained for Tools issue & receipt as per the Tooling Layout
