To Attend the offline Tool Break Down

To Attend the Breakages tool Break down

To Be Work kaeizen & Cost Reduction Improvement Activity

To Maintain the Tool Life Monitoring & Tool History Card

To Attend the Preventive Maintenance of Mold /Tools

To Maintain the 5S in Machining Area

To Maintain the Critical Spare

To carryout mold change and mold trial as planned in time. Report to Tooling manager if any delay.

Responsible for any damages on the Machine, Mould and Equipments.(mould unloding & mould damaged report to completed and feed back on why why analysis)

Report to Tooling manager on any Tools / Mold break down.
