Walk-in || Tig And Mig Welder - Chennai !

Position: TIG Welder , MIG Welder And Fitter

Job Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience Required: Minimum 4 to 7 Years

Salary: 35,000 45,000 per month

Salary: Based on experience, skills and interview performance

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform TIG and MIG welding operations as per drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, welding symbols and measurements.
• Perform welding on different types of metals and components as required.
• Ensure proper welding quality, strength and finishing of fabricated components.
• Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment.
• Check welding joints and identify defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut and improper penetration.
• Carry out grinding, finishing and correction work when required.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper workplace housekeeping.
• Follow all company safety procedures and welding standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other production team members to complete work within the required schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience as a TIG / MIG Welder.
• Strong practical knowledge of TIG and MIG welding processes.
• Ability to work independently and handle production targets.
• Good knowledge of welding equipment, tools and safety procedures.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Candidates should be disciplined, responsible and willing to work as per company requirements.
