Responsibilities

Check tickets of customers before allowing entry into the theatre.

Verify tickets carefully and guide customers to the correct screen and seating area.

Assist customers with basic queries and provide good customer service.

Distribute food/snacks to customers during the interval.

Maintain cleanliness and ensure the theatre area is neat and organized.

Monitor the theatre premises and report any issues to the supervisor.

Assist customers during entry, interval, and exit.
