Role & responsibilities

• Plan and deliver English Language and Literature lessons effectively.
• Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and comprehension skills.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage creative writing, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Conduct classroom discussions, literary activities, debates, and presentations.
• Maintain academic records and student progress reports.
• Participate in curriculum planning and school activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience as an English Teacher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Experience teaching CBSE curriculum.
• Proficiency in ICT-enabled teaching strategies.
• Strong knowledge of grammar, literature, and language pedagogy.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.
