Walk-in || Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Test Engineer with hands-on experience in FATP (Final Assembly, Testing & Packaging) processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting product testing activities, troubleshooting test failures, maintaining test equipment and fixtures, and ensuring smooth testing operations on the production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support FATP testing processes for electronic products.
• Perform functional testing, performance testing and final product testing as per defined specifications.
• Analyze test results and identify recurring failure trends.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for test failures and coordinate with Quality, Production and Design teams for corrective actions.
• Ensure proper calibration and preventive maintenance of testing equipment.
• Support test fixture development, validation and debugging.
• Monitor and improve First Pass Yield (FPY), test yield, rejection and rework.
• Maintain test-related documentation, reports and records.
• Support line setup, product changeover and process improvement activities.
• Ensure adherence to ESD, safety, quality and standard operating procedures.
