Walk-in || Territory Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handling Primary & Secondary Sales through continuous follow-up with Retailers and Distributors
• Appointment of New Distributors as per annual marketing plan and business requirements
• Achievement of Primary & Secondary Sales target MOM
• Achievement of FBD targets
• Achievement of GDC & GDP targets
• Maintaining timely submission of claim submissions through regular follow-up with Distributors/Retailers
• Building relationship with BP and Retailers
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and field activities
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers to enhance product visibility and availability
• Ensure effective implementation of company strategies at the ground level

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of distribution management and retail sales
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
