CTC:  35 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Area Business Manager
Role Summary
Ajura Lifesciences is looking for dynamic, ambitious, and performance-driven Territory Sales
Managers to strengthen our Respiratory and Critical Care business. The selected candidates will be
responsible for promoting the company's products, developing strong relationships with healthcare
professionals, and driving business growth within their assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Promote Ajura Lifesciences' Respiratory and Critical Care portfolio through scientific product
detailing and customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key
hospital stakeholders.
Increase product awareness, prescription generation, and institutional business within the
assigned territory.
¢ Conduct regular doctor calls, hospital visits, product presentations, and customer engagement
activities.
¢ Organize CMEs, scientific meetings, RTMs, and educational programs.
¢ Identify new business opportunities and implement territory growth strategies.
¢ Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
¢ Ensure effective distributor and stockist management.
¢ Maintain accurate sales and market intelligence records.
Candidate Profile
Education
¢ Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, B.Sc., B.Pharm, or any related discipline.

¢ MBA (Sales & Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
¢ 06 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
¢ Experience in Respiratory, Critical Care, Anti-Infectives, Hospital Business, or Specialty Care
segments preferred.
¢ Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for pharmaceutical sales are
encouraged to apply.
