Role & responsibilities

• Check the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal daily for new bids and custom bids matching company products.
• Bid Evaluation: Read tender documents, check eligibility criteria, and verify technical and financial requirements.
• Bid Preparation: Prepare and upload technical and financial bids, catalogs, OEM authorizations, and required compliance sheets.
• Bid Submission: Submit bids before the deadline using digital signatures (DSC).
• Clarifications: Reply to buyer queries, pre-bid clarifications, and technical evaluation remarks on the portal.
