Walk-in || Tellecaller Executive

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Telecaller to connect with prospective buyers, explain our real estate projects and coordinate site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Call new leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Share project details, plot availability, pricing and payment plans.
• Understand customer requirements and schedule site visits.
• Coordinate with the sales team for visits and further discussions.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM or lead tracker.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Work towards daily calling and monthly site-visit targets.
• Submit daily reports on calls, follow-ups and visits scheduled.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; basic English preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
• Polite telephone manner, convincing skills and consistent follow-up.
• Previous telecalling or real estate experience preferred; confident freshers may apply.
