Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads and prospects.
• Explain product features, benefits, and coverage details to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and selling skills (decent english communication is mandatory).
