Role & responsibilities

Telesales Executive - Health Insurance

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain health insurance products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
• Effectively convince customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive performance-based incentives.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information about insurance plans and address customer queries professionally.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers / Exp (Minimum 6 months of sales experience)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer convincing skills.
• Basic communication skills in English with fluency in Kannada or Bengali
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekoffs
• Flexibility to work at the designated office location in bangalore.

Salary & Benefits: 3 LPA - 4 LPA (Based on experience in Sales (Min: 6 Months)
