Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve sales goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in telesales or related field (freshers welcome).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech or BE).
• Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication over phone calls.
• Strong convincing power to close deals effectively.
