Walk-in || Telesales Agent

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and sell the company's products.
• Handle inbound calls from potential customers, addressing inquiries and converting leads into sales.
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products based on their needs.
• Provide detailed information about products, including pricing, features, and benefits.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customers in the internal CRM/ database.
• Stay updated on product offerings.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales, demonstrating a commitment to performance excellence

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification - 12th. Graduates preferred.
• Should have strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Should have the proficiency in sales methodologies and techniques.
• Should have the ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Should have the ability to convey information clearly and effectively through excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Should have the ability to build rapport with the customers by understanding their needs and inquiries.
