Walk-in || Telecom Technician

Role & responsibilities

• nstall, configure, and maintain telecommunications hardware, fiber optics, and structured cabling systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair network faults, hardware malfunctions, and signal connectivity issues.
• Conduct site surveys, equipment testing, and network optimization.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and industry regulations during all field operations.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of installations, maintenance routines, and repairs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 1 To 10 years of hands-on experience in telecom installation, tower maintenance, or field network support. FRESHERS ARE WELCOME
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with telecom testing instruments (e.g., OTDR, multi-meters) and standard splicing/cabling techniques.
• Key Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, physical stamina for fieldwork/climbing, and a willingness to travel to project sites.
