Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and cold calls to prospective customers.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective telecalling.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales-ready opportunities.
• Maintain regular customer engagement and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.
• Update customer details and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Candidate Requirements

Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Candidates from interior design, home interiors, real estate, or related industries will be preferred.
