Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Outbound Telecallers to connect with potential customers, explain our skin and hair treatment services, and schedule appointments for consultations at our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain skin and hair treatments, including laser hair removal, HydraFacial, chemical peels, and glutathione treatments.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments.
• Maintain daily call reports and update customer details in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to confirm appointments and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 15,000 per month + performance-based incentives up to 5,000.
• Company accommodation available at 3,500 per month.
