Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and cold calls to prospective customers.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective telecalling.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Engage with customers professionally and build strong relationships.
• Convert inquiries into qualified, sales-ready leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handover.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Preferred Experience

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant telecalling or sales experience.

• Candidates from the interior design or home interiors industry will be preferred.
