Role & responsibilities Job Overview

• Role: Real Estate Telecaller / Telesales Executive
• Industry: Real Estate / Property Development
• Primary Goal: Convert cold or warm leads into qualified appointments and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Dial prospective clients from a provided database or CRM.
• Project Pitching: Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and amenities.
• Site Visit Coordination: Schedule meetings or property tours for field sales agents.
• Lead Nurturing: Make timely follow-up calls to maintain interest and handle client objections.
• Data Management: Update and log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM software.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and lead quotas

Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Clear, polite verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Persuasion: Strong negotiation abilities and resilience against rejection.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel) and CRM tools.
• Education & Experience: High school diploma or bachelors degree; prior telecalling experience is a strong advantage
