Walk-in || Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecaller with a background in sales, recruitment, bank collections. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Tamil and English, being able to communicate in Hindi and Malayalam would be a bonus and should possess strong abilities in sales support, lead conversion, recruitment calling, collections follow-up, and dealer relationship management.
This role also requires basic Canva knowledge for creating simple presentations and promotional content.

Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Source new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
• Understand customers needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Qualify opportunities and secure online demonstrations/meetings with key decision-makers.
• Attend sales meetings and stay updated on product information, pricing, and contract terms.
• Stay informed about competing products, new technologies, and industry updates.

New Dealer Appointment

• Conduct outbound calls to potential dealers to schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Provide product information and resolve dealer queries effectively.

Sales Order Procurement

• Support the sales team by processing and verifying sales orders via phone.
• Ensure all required documents are complete and accurate for order fulfilment.

Sales Collections

• Follow up with customers for payment collection on recent sales transactions.
• Initiate outbound calls for timely recovery of outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and dealer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve payment-related issues and develop debt recovery strategies.

Recruitment Calling

• Conduct telephonic screening of candidates as required.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and share role details with potential applicants.

Canva & Administrative Support

• Use Canva to create simple promotional materials or internal presentations.
• Assist in preparing reports and sales-related documents.

Preferred candidate profile

• 24 years of telesales experience in the B2B market, preferably in bank collections or sales support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Must be multilingual (English/Tamil/Malayalam).
• Comfortable selling fertilizer products over the phone to dealers.
• Proven sales record, especially in selling premium fertilizer products (added advantage).
• Goal-oriented with strong focus on collection targets.
• Strong background in debt recovery, dealer appointment, and order processing.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Basic Canva design skills.
• Experience in sales / collections / recruitment calling
