Walk-in || Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a goal-oriented and proactive In-House Telecaller Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our products/services, qualifying leads, and driving conversions. As an in-house representative, you will work closely with our core sales team to maintain high customer engagement and meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Outreach & Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads using internal databases, marketing leads, and prospect lists.

Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Gauge prospect interest, identify customer needs, and pitch suitable offerings.

Sales Conversion & Scheduling: Schedule site visits, product demos, or face-to-face meetings for senior sales consultants, or close sales directly over the phone where applicable.

Database & CRM Management: Accurately update call logs, lead status, customer feedback, and follow-up dates in the CRM system.

Follow-Ups: Execute timely follow-ups with warm leads to move them through the sales funnel.

Objection Handling: Confidently answer customer queries, resolve objections, and effectively communicate the key value proposition.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume metrics, qualified lead quotas, and monthly revenue targets.
