Walk-in || Telecaller

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
• Inform customers about new jewellery collections, festive offers, schemes, and promotions.
• Invite customers to visit the showroom and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and purchase decisions.
• Generate leads and maintain customer interest through regular communication.
• Update customer information and call records in the CRM or Excel.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate concerns when required.
• Coordinate with showroom sales staff for customer appointments and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in Tamil (English and other regional languages are an added advantage).
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Qualification

• Any Graduate or Diploma.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, retail sales, or jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
