Walk-in || Telecaller Collection Executive (Urban Finance Personal Loan)

Urgent Requirement: Collection Executive (Tamil/Kannada Language Experts) - L&T Finance

• Role & Responsibilities-

• Proactive Collection: Engage with customers via outbound calls to initiate the recovery of overdue payments for L&T Finance products (Two-Wheeler, Tractor, and Personal Loans).
• Financial Consultation: Carefully assess customers' financial situations to propose viable payment solutions and resolve complex payment issues.
• Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company policies, internal procedures, and relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
• Data Management: Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and maintain accurate, up-to-date data reports on collection status.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate (degree pass-out candidates).23
• Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates (6 months of BPO/Voice Process experience preferred for some roles).23
• Skills: Strong communication, convincing skills, and fluency in regional languages.23
• Age: 21 to 33 years.13
• Requirements: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation (two-wheeler), and a smartphone are mandatory.12

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: 14,000 18,000 In-hand; up to 20,000 for linguistic candidates (e.g., Tamil, Kannada speakers).3
