Urbanrise is expanding its high-performing Presales / Telesales Team and looking for dynamic, target-driven professionals with strong customer handling and sales skills.

Location: Kotturpuram, Chennai

Job Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls from digital campaigns, marketing activities, and other lead sources.
• Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate project features, pricing, location, and USPs.
• Qualify leads and schedule site visits for interested prospects.
• Consistently follow up with leads and nurture them towards conversion.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team and share qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records and updates in CRM.
• Achieve monthly lead, follow-up, and site visit targets.

Eligibility

• 2.6+ years of experience in Telesales, Presales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Outbound Sales.
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Strong customer handling, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Real Estate / Residential Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Telecalling system experience will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Graduation is not mandatory.
