Job Description:

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives for Home Credit to handle customer follow-ups and collection activities over calls. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in Hindi and willing to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments
• Follow up with customers and negotiate payment schedules
• Ensure timely collection and resolution of outstanding dues
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
• Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Intermediate / 12th Pass (Minimum)
• Language: Hindi (Mandatory)
• Experience: Min 04months experienced candidates can apply
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: Up to 23,000
• Fixed Surcharge: 2,000
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
• Day Shift only No Night Shifts
