Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships through calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and support the sales process.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
