Walk-in || Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Cold callings
• Tele sales
• Process and verify loan/financial disbursement requests.
• Verify customer documents and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Check bank account details and payment information for accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely disbursements.
• Maintain accurate records of disbursement transactions.
• Handle and resolve disbursement-related queries and discrepancies.
• Prepare daily and weekly disbursement reports.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
