Walk-in || Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales/team leads for smooth lead conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with sales/telecalling experience.
• Candidates preparing for or having knowledge of competitive examinations may be preferred for an EdTech sales role.
• Candidates with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
