Role & responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to customers and explain banking products/services

* Generate leads and convert them into sales

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

* Follow up with prospective customers

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

* Maintain customer and call records
