*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate leads and convert calls into loan sales (personal, home, business, or vehicle loans, as applicable). The role involves outbound/inbound calling, explaining loan products, and guiding customers through the application process.

*Key Responsibilities* :

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database

* Handle inbound customer queries related to loan products

* Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements

* Achieve daily/monthly sales and disbursement targets

* Follow up with leads to convert them into successful loan sign-ups

* Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM

* Coordinate with credit/verification teams for loan processing

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

*Requirements:*

* 0–2 years of experience in telesales/BFSI preferred; freshers with strong communication skills welcome

* Basic computer/CRM knowledge

* Target-oriented with ability to work under pressure

* Comfortable working in-office

*Compensation* : Fixed salary + performance-based incentives/commission

*Skills:* Negotiation, objection handling, product knowledge, local language fluency
