Job Overview

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our growth team at KreditBee. You will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, pitching financial products and assisting applicants through the digital loan approval process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote KreditBee loan products.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and loan disbursal steps clearly.
• Guide customers through completing their KYC and online application via the KreditBee app.
• Meet and exceed daily/monthly call volume and sales disbursal targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally to close loan sales.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education & Experience:
• Graduates (Any discipline) Freshers welcome
• PUC / 10+2 Minimum 6 months of telesales or BPO experience required
• Language Requirements:
• Hindi (Mandatory): Fluent verbal communication skills
• Regional Languages (Preferred): Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam is a major advantage
• Skills: Strong persuasion capabilities, active listening, and basic computer/CRM literacy
