Walk-in || Tele Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Malayalam Speaking Telesales Associates (Freshers) nd experience both to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact with Malayalam-speaking customers, understand their requirements, explain relevant products/services, and guide them through purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and handle incoming customer inquiries in Malayalam.
  
• Explain product/service offerings clearly, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or packages.
  
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for customer outreach and sales conversions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales status in the system.
  
• Build positive relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and trust.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline (Freshers are welcome).
  
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Malayalam (verbal communication is mandatory). Working knowledge of English or Hindi is a plus.
  
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Attitude: Target-driven, self-motivated, quick learner with a positive mindset toward sales.
  
• Basic computer literacy and phone etiquette.
