Walk-in || Tele Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international calls from clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Execute outbound sales campaigns using cold calling techniques to meet daily targets.
• Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO sales or telemarketing industry.
• Fluent English language proficiency for clear communication with international clients.
• Strong selling skills with convincing ability to close deals over phone calls.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
