Walk-in || Tele Sales Executive

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support/ BPO/ Telesales
• Freshers with calling experience can also apply
• Good communication skills(English & Tamil)
• Experience in outbound & Inbound calling
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Basic computer knowledge in(CRM/ MS Excel preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for sales performance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
