Walk-in || Tele-Sales Executive (Forex Products & Services)

About the role:

Tele-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound, web-generated, and referred leads to promote and sell Forex Products & Services. The role involves proactive tele-sales communication around product & services, features, charges by building strong customer relationships while ensuring adherence to regulatory & company guidelines. The position is based in Bangalore and serves customers across PAN India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound, web, and referred leads by qualifying prospects, conducting professional telephonic conversations, and presenting suitable Forex Products & Services.
• Drive lead conversion and achieve assigned sales targets/KPIs by effectively addressing customer queries, objections, and requirements while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and follow-ups; coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and back-office) to ensure seamless processing of applications and transactions, along with any service requests or escalations pre-sales.
• Attend product training & audits, Stay updated on forex market trends, RBI guidelines, and product offerings; ensure full adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with excellent verbal/written communication skills in English. 1-3 years of proven experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer-facing sales roles (experience in financial services, forex, banking, or insurance preferred).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Basic understanding of financial products; prior knowledge of foreign exchange products, RBI regulated products is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage high call volumes/quality, and maintain consistent performance.
