Role & responsibilities

*Clear communication with patients, staff, doctors, and external callers.

*Handling calls, call routing/transferring, taking accurate messages, and maintaining call etiquette.

* Basic knowledge of telephone systems/intercom and ability to troubleshoot communication issues quickly.
