Walk-in || Tele Collection Executive

Aye Finance Ltd. is hiring for Tele-collection Executive :-

• Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make regular phone calls to clients or customers with pending dues, credit card balances, or loan installments.
• Payment Negotiation: Discuss financial constraints with customers and negotiate realistic, policy-compliant repayment plans or Promised-to-Pay (PTP) commitments.
• Data & CRM Updates: Log all call outcomes, payment promises, and updated contact details accurately into CRM or collection software.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection recovery metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Compliance & Ethics: Adhere strictly to company policies, banking/NBFC regulations, and fair debt collection practices.
