Eligibility Criteria

• Telugu proficiency is mandatory (speaking and understanding).
• Strong telecalling experience, preferably in customer support or collections.
• Must be from a Banking or NBFC background.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Educational qualification: 12th std / Any UG degree.
• Age limit: Up to 33 years only.
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
• Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.
• Max CTC: 4.5 LPA + INCENTIVES

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls in Telugu for loan-related queries, collections, and support.
• Provide clear and empathetic communication to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate call records and update systems promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
