1. Job Overview

VIPRA FINCORP is hiring enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telecallers for Credit Cards and Personal Loans. The selected candidates will contact potential customers, explain financial products, check basic eligibility, and assist applicants throughout the application process.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and pre-qualified customers.

- Promote credit cards and personal loan products.

- Explain card benefits, rewards, welcome offers, loan interest rates, repayment tenures, and applicable fees.

- Check basic customer eligibility based on income, employment stability, age, and credit parameters.

- Collect KYC documents, salary slips, and bank statements as required.

- Coordinate with the internal underwriting team for application processing.

- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-up calls professionally.

- Update customer information, call status, and lead details in the CRM system.

- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales or loan-disbursal targets.

3. Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 10+2 or graduation in any stream.

- Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling.

- Freshers: Eligible to apply.

- Languages: English, Telugu, Hindi.

- Communication: Good verbal communication and telephone etiquette.

- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, typing skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.

- Other Requirements: Positive attitude, sales interest, target-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

4. Salary, Incentives and Benefits

- Monthly salary: 13,000 – 20,000.
