Job Opening Real Estate Telecaller
Position: Real Estate Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Job Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with property leads received through various sources.
- Understand customers requirements, budget and preferred location.
- Explain property projects, offers and basic details to customers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update lead/customer details in Excel or CRM.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling and site-visit targets.
Requirements:
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM.
- Confident and customer-friendly attitude.
- Real estate experience will be an advantage.
Salary : Salary + Incentives
Working Hours: 9.45 Am to 6.30 PM) ( Tuesday Weekoff)
