Walk-in || Tele Caller

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining property offerings, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain property projects, locations, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
• Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Handle customer questions and provide relevant information about properties.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.
• Coordinate with sales executives to ensure smooth lead conversion.
