Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates to inform them about job opportunities.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and update their information regularly.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and recruitment teams.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure their participation in the recruitment process.
• Provide information about job roles, company culture, and recruitment procedures to candidates.
• Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams to align candidate engagement with hiring needs.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets to meet recruitment goals.

Address candidate queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Tele caller.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR terminology is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources is advantageous.
