Walk-in || Tele Caller

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Outbound Telecaller to join our team. The role primarily involves making outbound calls, communicating with customers, collecting information, handling basic queries, and following up with customers.This is a non-sales role and does not involve direct selling or sales conversion.

Qualifications

• Make outbound calls to customers from the assigned database.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers over the phone.
• Understand customer requirements and collect relevant information.
• Conduct customer follow-ups as required.
• Share the necessary information with customers based on the calling process.
• Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate responses.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.
• Update call details and customer information in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever required.
• Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned calling activities.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in outbound calling, telecalling, customer support, or customer interaction.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good listening and follow-up skills.
• Patient and confident while handling different types of customers.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work with daily calling targets and maintain accurate records.
• Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
