Walk-in || Tele Caller

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding patient appointments, department inquiries, and hospital services.
• Provide accurate information about OPD schedules, doctor availability, and facility guidelines.
• Confirm, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using the hospital management software.
• Follow up with patients for post-consultation feedback and upcoming procedure reminders.
• Address basic patient queries or direct complex medical concerns to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and call logs in the internal database.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Any Bachelors degree (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.).
• Experience: 0 to 1 year in telecalling, customer support, or front-desk roles (Healthcare experience is a plus, but freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and phone etiquette.
• Soft Skills: High empathy, patience, and a patient-centric mindset needed for a hospital environment.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
