About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for Gold Loan sales and lead generation.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into Gold Loan customers.
- Explain Gold Loan products, interest rates, and benefits to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the branch/sales team for customer conversion and disbursement.
- Maintain daily calling and customer follow-up records.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in Gold Loan / Banking / NBFC / Telecalling / Telesales will be preferred.
