Role & responsibilities

• To do outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• To explain and sell Motor Insurance products
• To understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans
• To generate new leads and follow up on provided leads
• To achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• To handle customer objections and close sales effectively
• To ensure accurate documentation and policy issuance
• To maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
• To provide post-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for policy servicing
• To follow IRDAI regulations and company compliance processes
